Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and myself are new to being homeowners as well as new to having a septic system. Over the last two months we have had major issues with our septic and were growing concerned. We contacted several people before deciding to go with Mr. Rooter. The tech they sent out was named JR, he was so helpful and friendly. He walked us through all the steps of what was going on and how to fix it. He told us up front prices before completing work, he was more than happy and patient to answer all the questions that we kept throwing at him, he gave tips on how to keep the septic system in shape for years to come, and he did an excellent job. I could not be more happy with not only the prices but the service that was performed. Thanks to Mr. Rooter I have a well functioning septic system and they have a customer for life!
