Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called Mr. Rooter today around 3:30PM, along with two other 24/7 companies – one of which has yet to call back (it's 9:30PM), and the other, I turned away because they seemed more interested in up-selling me on their products than even looking at my problem (I had four price quotes within two minutes of them arriving, without even looking at my sewer line). Happily, I chose Mr. Rooter. After finishing the call he was on, my technician, Brock F. called me and checked if it was convenient for him to head straight over. Once he arrived, he listened to my issue (all signs pointed to blocked/clogged main sewer line), and pointed out the likely problems (three full grown trees between the house and the city sewer), along with other possible problems. He the gave me a very reasonable quote, and proceeded to snake my line… three times. After switching the head of the snake two times, and remove a substantial amount of tree root blockage, the water began to flow. He then had me turn on the showers & flush the toilets to ensure the line was clear. About five minutes later, the line was backed up again. Because he wasn't comfortable snaking the line again, without seeing the issue (he didn't want to further damage my line or his equipment if there was a break), he told me that he'd need to run back to his office to get additional items that he didn't have with him/didn't need at his previous call. I agreed with his plan, and he returned shortly with the other equipment. Upon his return he inspected the line and snaked it two more times, removing a 10-12 inch tightly wound rope of tree roots. At that point, the water began to flow; again he had me turn on my showers to ensure the line was clear. He then inspected the line again, pointing out the damaged areas of my old clay pipe. While he did note that the snaking was a temporary solution to a problem that would continue to grow, he at no point pressured me into committing to one of the two permanent solutions that Mr. Rooter offers. He did however detail the two permanent solutions, including an email of the details, and ensured that I was not only aware of the solutions, their costs, warranties, payment options, etc., but answered my questions, and encouraged me to discuss it all with my wife (like in all healthy marriages, she's the boss). So, at the end of the night, not only am I satisfied with Mr. Rooter and Brock, but I know what needs to be done to permanently fix my main sewer line. To top it off though, after spending three and a half to four hours on this service call, covering everything that could be covered, and leaving me as informed as possible, without pressuring me at all, he pulled up my bill. The bill was the exact amount he had quoted me four hours earlier; there were no extra trip, additional snaking, inconvenience, after dark, or any other additional fees for this call. I have honestly not had this level of customer service in years. It is becoming more difficult to find someone/a company that actually cares about something more than the money they receive at the end of the call. I can guarantee that Mr. Rooter has gained a customer for life because of Brock F. and I will definitely be calling them in the next few weeks to schedule the permanent fix for my line (for which they not only left a sample, but links to the videos and the 50 year tree root damage guarantee/warranty). Thank you Brock and Mr. Rooter for leaving me informed and optimistic about what has been a pretty crappy situation (sorry for the bad pun)!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was 100% blocked in two lines. I called Kevin Davis and they came out. Long story short, they were able with the use of a camera and locator, find all my issues, clean roots with a water jet, bring a backhoe to replace some lines and make repairs. I was able to place a steel marker in the yard (for future reference) at a few "potential problem areas" so I can find in the future, if needed. Two full days and all of my pipes are clean, repaired and working great. Kevin and his technician (Justin) were 100% professional, worked hard, showed me on the camera all the issues, and for the first time, I know where all the sewer lines are in my yard (I have several hundred feet coming together from different ends of the house). It was a complex system with a complex problem, but Kevin figured it out in record time. I could not be happier with the outstanding work and service. I also feel the bill was very fair, and a great value for all the work that was done. I will use them again!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars★ ★ ★ ★ ★☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow! Mr. Rooter was awesome! We have a lake house a little south of Branson. Our water heater was out when we got to town. One phone call at 7 am on a Saturday and the project was underway! I expected to get a recorder! Wally came that day. Got us temporarily going. Came back Monday with a new unit! And had superb knowledge of a water system we had been wanting for ten years. We didn’t want a softener/salt system which others had tried to sell us. Wallace had the perfect system for us. He’s super knowledgeable and nice too! I’d recommend him to anyone. I’d give him a ten!! Thank you for a job well done. BTW Mark Braun recommended Mr. Rooter.

Frequently Asked Questions About Drain Cleaning in Willard, Missouri
If you require more information about drain cleaning in Willard, find the answers you seek in our Frequently Asked Questions. If you have questions about drain cleaning and other plumbing services, contact the team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing® in Willard, Missouri today.
-
When requesting drain cleaning services, the expected costs can depend on who you choose, where you live, the type of drain, and any issues that may be revealed during service. The type of drains that require service will play a part in the overall drain cleaning cost, with kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, and main sewer lines often requiring different tools, techniques, and labor. Your chosen drain cleaning service provider can use a range of tools like Hydroscrub® Jetting and drain snakes to clear blockages and clean drains, which may affect the price of the service. Whether or not your drain cleaning service was an emergency, the condition of your drainage and the presence of any clogs will all contribute to your overall drain cleaning bill.
-
Schedule professional drain cleaning service if you’ve tried home remedies to clear drain clogs, but they keep persisting or coming back. Call drain cleaning professionals to your home or business if you’ve noticed that one or more drains are clogged or you have problems with your main property drainage. If there’s wastewater in your toilets, baths, and showers, gurgling sounds coming from toilets and drains, or you have an overflowing toilet, schedule drain cleaning service without delay. You don’t have to put up with foul smells around your drains — contact drain cleaning companies to take care of blockages and bacteria causing those smells.
-
If you want to prevent significant problems and maintain your plumbing systems’ performance, consider professional drain cleaning at least once or twice a year, especially if you have older plumbing. If your plumbing is new, well-maintained, and has no history of issues, it’s recommended to book a professional drain cleaning service every two to three years to potentially prevent minor problems from turning into big ones. If you have a high-usage household or own a commercial property, drain cleaning on a regular schedule is advisable to ensure your plumbing continues to function properly. Talk to a trusted drain cleaning service professional and request advice if you aren’t sure how often to book drain cleaning services.
-
Many plumbing professionals have an arsenal of tools and tech at their disposal for drain cleaning and clog-removing to provide efficient service for their customers. You won’t find too many service providers without plumbing snakes in their plumbing kits to help property owners break up and remove clogs in their pipes. When you reach out to trusted plumbing service providers, you can learn more about HydroScrub® Jetting, a common drain cleaning technology for taking care of stubborn clogs. Rooter machines, pipe inspection tools, hand tools, and pipe wrenches are just some of the many pieces of equipment and technology you’ll find drain cleaning companies using.
-
Clogs and blockages can often be avoided when home and businesses prioritize regular plumbing system servicing and maintenance through a trusted professional to identify potential problems. Food, hair, debris, and other materials don’t have to enter your drains and cause blockages; you can prevent them from going down your drains by using drain screens. Hot water, baking soda, and vinegar are all useful for keeping your drains smelling fresh while also reducing the risk of clogs. Being mindful of what you flush down your drain, not disposing of grease and oil down your drains, and maintaining your garbage disposal unit may all contribute to clog-free drains now and into the future.
-
Booking drain cleaning services once or twice a year is essential, but don’t forget to ask your local plumber for additional drain tips to keep your plumbing system working efficiently. Many plumbing professionals with years of experience in drain cleaning recommend using drain screens in tubs, showers, and sinks to catch food particles, hair, and other debris that has the potential to clog your drains. Many highly regarded plumbing professionals will tell you to use what you have in your pantry to keep your drain clean — vinegar and baking soda. Among the most valuable advice that plumbers can give homeowners is never to flush anything down toilets that can cause blockages — only flush waste and toilet paper.
-
Most plumbing professionals do not recommend chemical drain cleaners for home or business drains because of the potential damage they could cause to your plumbing system. Plumbing service providers recommend alternatives to chemical drain cleaners worth trying, such as warm water with dish soap and baking soda with vinegar. When you’re looking for effective drain cleaning solutions, ask your local plumber about HydroScrub® Jetting and drain snakes rather than chemical solutions that you tip down your drains. There are many reasons why industry professionals don’t recommend chemical drain cleaners, such as containing harmful ingredients, burning and irritating skin, and damaging pipes.
-
If you’re experiencing sink-draining issues, consider whether there’s debris like food, hair, and soap scum in your P-trap that’s stopping water from draining. Blockages and clogs caused by foreign materials, hair, and food are a common cause of sinks being slow to drain or not draining at all. If you regularly pour grease and oil down your drain, which isn’t recommended, your sink not draining can be caused by that grease solidifying and blocking the drain. If your sink isn’t draining, it may be due to food, hair, pipe venting problems, pipe damage, problems with your sewer lines, and even issues related to how your pipes and fixtures were installed.
-
In addition to booking regular drain cleaning service or an emergency plumbing appointment, you can try a baking soda and vinegar solution to clear the buildup in your pipes. When grease and grime are to blame for your drain clogs, try dish soap with hot water to break down small clogs quickly and easily. You don’t always need to tip products down your drains — contact plumbing service providers and use drain cleaning solutions like HydroScrub® Jetting and drain snakes. Pour baking soda and salt down your drains, both of which can be abrasive but gentle drain blockage-clearing solutions when you aren’t yet ready to contact the professionals.
-
When you need to clean your bathroom pipes, insert a drain snake into your drain opening and using it to pull out debris like hair. It can often take just 30 minutes to clean your bathroom drains if you pour baking soda and vinegar down them and let them fizz up to loosen debris. A solution of hot water and dish soap can sometimes be effective for fast, easy, and effective bathroom drain cleaning since it can often melt away soap scum. Many homeowners and business owners leave bathroom drain cleaning and other plumbing maintenance tasks to trusted experts in their area, such as drain cleaning service providers.
