We called Mr. Rooter (located in Panama City with a satellite office in Niceville) about some drainage problems. Alex came the same day to determine our problem and then called Keith, who came the same day, in to camera out lines and get a clearer picture of the problem and give us three options to go forward with. This service was done at no charge even if we chose not to have them do the work. The office staff (Tammy, Courtney, Joan) were very helpful in communicating with us with scheduling and notifying us when the techs would arrive. The techs, Anthony and Caleb started our job on a Monday. They checked all areas of drainage and relayed to us what their plan was to correct our problem. These two young men were the best. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, kind and respectful. I have never worked with a service company whose complete staff was so competent. It’s nice to know that there is a company that appreciates their customers.

Today, I had a sewer line backup up and found the sewage pipe was busted and clogged. The technicians Billy and Bernard fixed the busted line and unclogged it. Before they accomplished that, a camera boroscope was performed. During this horoscope it was discovered that the line the fiber optic company installed several weeks ago went right through the sewer line thus causing the BIGGER ISSUE. Had I not taken the advice of the technicians Billy and Bernard, I would NOT have known about the fiber optic line bored through the sewer line. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and sincerely thank both technicians.

My experience was exceptional. From the moment Keith showed us video's of our sewer lines to the promised times to begin the project, and the communication through out the job. The old house presented challenges and they worked through them. I’m glad I picked Mr Rooter for my repair.
