No one likes to call a plumber (read PAY plumber prices) especially on a holiday. But sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and invite them out because you're tired of driving to Starbucks every three hours to use the restroom. Mr. Rooter Plumbing came out within three hours, on a holiday, at no extra charge. My plumbing technician was Cameron who explained every detail of his proposed attack on the problem including prices before he even started. Now, I'm certain that you have had similar circumstances when you've had to call a similar service (un-named here) and end up with a smelly, sloppy guy who would rather be somewhere else besides pulling out your toilet and snaking your lines, like on a holiday, when he rather be home drinking beer and grilling hot dogs. So Cameron arrives and explains everything and the different scenarios he's likely to encounter and what those next options might be. He's professional, knowledgeable, efficient and all-around great guy. Did I mention he was tidy and respectful of my home and did a great job of cleaning up the bathroom when he finished? So here's my advice: do not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any of your disaster needs, even on a holiday. Thank you, Cameron, for your excellent work. xxoxoxo

They're great to work with – not necessarily cheap but highly professional, willing to explain, and very nice. Taylor Hicks did a wonderful job; he was friendly and engaging throughout, as well as helpful in providing tips to help my system work more efficiently. I would gladly recommend this company's services again! Service: Drain cleaning

We were in quite a crisis with a clogged toilet during a family reunion. Mr. Rooter was very responsive. After making an appointment for later in the afternoon, I received a call back saying a technician was in our area. He had finished he job early and could come right over. Estynn arrived very soon afterward and was very efficient in finding where the problem was and solving it. He did run into a problem at one point, but he worked it out. Our toilets were working again! We appreciate the service we receive from Mr. Rooter and Estynn. Thank You! We called rather late in the afternoon and were very pleased to hear that a serviceman would be contacting us shortly and would be able to come and assess our problem that same day. The technician, Tom Shockley, was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to narrow down rather quickly what the problem was and immediately began the repair needed. We were so grateful for the courteous and capable service as we had just made arrangements with a realtor to put the house on the market when we were surprised by a flooded bedroom. Thank you so very much for coming to our rescue Mr. Rooter!

Our tech, Clinton, was super kind, efficient, and explained everything he was doing and why. He was also a champ when my toddler wanted to shadow him every step of the way. They answered my call at 10pm on a Sunday and we’re at my house less than 12 hours later (an hour before the appointment window, even!). Will definitely recommend and will use again if need be. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Outdoor plumbing system repair

Another plumber we had called in created a HUGE problem – we were desperate to find someone to help us and called Mr. Rooter. Sadie took my information and said someone would call me to schedule within 5 minutes. Beverly did, indeed, call back within that time! It was around 12:30 pm and she said that they'd get someone to us that day (it was a Friday) but it would likely be around 7 pm. I told her go ahead, and she said if anything opened sooner she'd call back. Well within 30 minutes she called and said the tech could be there at 1:30! Sure enough, Jacob D. was there as promised. There were multiple problems but he stuck with it til the job was as done as it could be on that day, offering multiple options and generally just exhibiting a "can do" attitude. He'll be back to continue on with what needs to be done, for which we are thankful! Was not cheap but I felt we got what we needed when we REALLY needed it. Nothing worse than backed up plumbing! Service: Drain cleaning
