Had a pretty good leak in the yard just our side of the meter, two feet down. Mr. Rooter was out the next day Sunday) and took care of it issue quickly. My mom was having really bad problems with her toilet backing up going into her shower. So we gave them a call knowing that they were 24 hour service they squeezed us in on a Friday night and that was our first time we got to meet Nathan, who is a wonderful, fun outgoing person who really took care of us on the emergency situation that day. After he was able to clear the blockage we paid the extra money to have a Camera go down into our sewage pipes that connect to the city pipes, to then find out that there was roots growing into our old pipes which caused the back up problem . Nathan said we have a really good underground crew that can come out and give you an estimate and basically blast the other pipes and install new ones. So we took his advice and got the estimate. The underground crew start the project about two weeks after they gave the estimate . Underground crew Shawn and David were amazing. They explained everything to us even when they were working they would stop and answer any questions we ask them. They showed up on time. This project was roughly 3 to 4 days, but one of the days we did have to have our main water off for roughly 4 hours, They give you at least 60 mins heads up before turning the water off. The same day and timeframe they told us was right on! We where up and running that evening then they come back the next morning to take a look at the pipes they installed to make sure no leaks, everything was running good. Also had to have an inspector come out, it passed with no issues. The underground crew, David, and Shawn then covered up the new pipes and came back the next morning to fix the main asphalt in the street. After that was completed the job was finished. Highly recommend this company and definitely get David and Shawn to do your underground work. Amazing people thank you guys so much. My mom is less stressed out knowing the job was done right. Also want to mention with the little machinery they have to use they respected the property. They do a really great job.

Thank you, John Cozad and Silas Prince! Those guys worked so hard and so quickly! They did a wonderful job and a basement leak one company quoted as 9000 dollars came in around 1300 dollars. A lot of companies quote for a leak but want to re-plumb your entire house! My house is from 1912 and some things are a little quirky. ;) I am having them back to replace my gas water heater Monday. No more constant worries! Best of all I got my bathtub working again so I can soak my bad knees. Feel better already!

Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.

EXCLUSIONS

The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
