Doug and Georgina Johns took ownership of this business in December 2025 with genuine involvement in the day-to-day decisions that affect our customers and our team. They aren’t hands-off owners. They stay engaged with how this business runs and the experience it delivers. Our field management team supports them in keeping those standards consistent and our plumbers well supported in the field.
We believe customers deserve transparency before the work begins, clear communication throughout, and confidence that the person in their home is someone worth trusting. That doesn’t happen by default. It comes from the expectations our owners set, the way we support our team, and the accountability we hold ourselves to when a customer needs follow-up or has a concern. Our local ownership and management structure exists to make that the norm, not the exception, and to be accountable when it is not.
