Awesome team, super diligent, willing to go the extra mile for all our plumbing needs, incredibly knowledgeable about what they do, friendly, understanding of even the biggest plumbing messes! Cannot praise (and recommend) enough. They restored our ANCIENT systems, dug outside for us, offered solutions for systems that just didn't work for us anymore, and did not stop until our requested fixes were done. James and Doug were phenomenal. Using Hydro Scrub Jetting and plumbing video cameras they clear the clogged pipe 30 ft under the house. The charge was $1,600 although a google search found the average to be $800, maybe lower pressure maybe cold water nonetheless the issue was resolved in 2 hours of work. Very professional, respectful and gracious. James explained at length the work to be done before, during and after. Only one year warranty but with the quality of work it should be at least 2 if not 3.

We had stopped up toliets that was fixed and than it ended up having the pipes under neath had to be replaced. Doug and helper did a tremendous job. Doug was very knowledgeable of the job and he took time to explain everything to us. If you need any kind of plumbing repairs call Mr Rooter and ask for Doug. Great company and workers.

This was the first time we used Mr. Rooter, as we had some broken internal components within on of our 2 toilets in our house. We were going to replace the broken elements and Mr. Rooter sent Juan Vargas to do the job. Juan was a total professional and accessed the issue and was ready to replace the components. Upon further discussion with Juan we determined that actually replacing our very old toilets with new high efficiency units might be considered. Juan was extremely patient, NEVER tried to hard sell the situation and showed us many comparisons of what savings we would see with new & more efficient toilet models. My wife and I saw Juan as a true “customer” advocate. We did the math and determined the new toilets would pretty much pay for themselves within a year or so, due to the efficiency of the “less water” used in the new tanks. Again, I must emphasize that Juan never tried to talk us into anything. He was knowledgeable of the subject, listened to our concerns about spending more than originally planned but the “math” of savings was clearly evident, so we went forward with replacement instead of repair. I can not stress enough how Juan and his crew came in, installed, tested every aspect of the job, cleaned up and were very friendly to all. Finally, I want to express our gratitude to Juan for his patience, his professionalism and his highly respectful manner in all we discussed to help us make the right decision for our house and future savings with an upgrade. He is a true “client” advocate and it showed at every level. Mr. Rooter should be happy to have such a consummate professional as an employee. Thanks much Juan! As they say, “you da man!”

This company sent to me two (2) licensed and experienced plumbers. The company honored my request for extensive plumbing in 2 bathrooms of my old house. They were pleasant and professional in their estimated price and the description of the job to do. The plumbers obtained the supplies that they needed and began extensive work for hours being focus on efficiency, rebuilding, refurbishing, installing and improving pipes between the walls until the project was finished to my satisfaction. They were very kind to me, and the company was paid in full. The secretary who answered the phone knew who the plumbers were that I spoke so highly about their excellent work and kind communication during the project. They honored my request for styles and performance that I wanted in my bathrooms. Now my bathrooms are as new homes with great water pressure. I can only say how very proud I am of their knowledge and performance in my home. Thank you kindly, Mr. Rooter.

I was skeptical because I knew it would cost an arm and a leg. When I was told how much I would be charged I was annoyed because I was sure I was gonna be charged even more after the plumber "found" more issues. But I have to give Jake his flowers. He fixed the issue, put in a short term "warranty" to cover his work, and gave me some solid advice on maintaining my drain to avoid the issue in the future. I can say I am genuinely happy with the work and the service and thankful that I reached out to Mr Rooter instead of trying to fix it on my own.

Mr. Landon Clifton is a gem of plumber. He repaired my plumbing problem quickly(a leaking air conditioner line on the same line as my washing machine which made water come up through the floor boards when the water is draining out of the washer) and repaired it equally as quickly. He asked if I had any other issues and then he noticed the trash can that I had been struggling with and he volunteered and took out the trash. His service was not only professional he was kind and respectful. If I have any problems with plumbing in the future Mr. Rooter and Mr. Landon Clifton will be on speed dial. He also repaired our garbage disposal hurray hurray👏 I recommending this plumbing service and Mr. Landon to all my friends
