I have used Mr Rooter 3 times today being the most recent visit. I am always pleased with the work and the price quoted. The technician today Kevin Fletcher was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue with the leaking toilet quickly and had it repaired. He then replaced my shower head quickly and without any mess. When he left I went to my bathroom to clean up any water the leak had left but he had already seen to this and there was no clean up needed. Kevin as with all the technicians who I have seen are great. I would highly recommend their service and in future I will continue to use Mr Rooter.

I called Mr. Rooter on Friday because my shower was completely clogged. To my surprise, they said someone could come on Saturday at no extra charge, but they got tied up on a job, so Allen Fitzpatrick came Sunday afternoon. He checked out my shower, and I mentioned that my sewer line had backed up on multiple occasions, so I knew I’d have to have it replaced sooner rather later. He offered to send a camera down it, which confirmed what I was afraid of. On Monday he came back, along with Donald, who looked at everything and gave me estimates on both jobs. The best news was that they would not have to tear up my driveway and yard to replace the sewer line, but only have to dig 2 big holes, one of which involved my garage floor. Also, they have a 10 year warranty on the sewer line and 5 years on the drain line repair. I opted to bite the bullet and have both taken care of, so he gave me a significant break on the price. That afternoon, Allen replaced my shower drain line, and on Tuesday he returned with a crew to begin the sewer line replacement. By mid Thursday afternoon, the job was completed very satisfactorily, including repairing the concrete garage floor. Allen cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to have in my home and yard, taking his time and patiently answering my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their promptness, thoroughness, patience as well as being very easy to work with.

They were quick to come, offered financing options when a quick fix was not a viable option.. Eli Stratton and Markel Thompson went above and beyond to make sure that I had my water turned on before they left. Even when posed with multiple roadblocks when it came down to tying into the water meter.. Eli kept calling one person after another until he finally got the right person to send out the 2 service men from Madison County Utilities to fix the issue at the water meter.. And a special thanks to Madison County Utilities for coming out late on a Saturday night to make sure I had my water turned back on..

I could not be happier with Mr rooter or with Douglas the tech that came out to my home. It was Sunday and we had a clogged pipe outside and could not use our toilets inside at all. I also had a colonoscopy on Tuesday and if you have had one u know the prep involved. I worried it would have to be cancelled. He arrived less than an hour after I called to get help on a Sunday!!! I honestly expected it to take a day or even 2 to even get someone here. Then maybe an hour, if that long, later it was fixed and it was extremely reasonable in price. It was so reasonable that I wish I had called them Friday when this began instead of spending so much time dealing with plungers and snakes myself. I could not be a plumber for sure and am grateful that others can. I have never truly had an experience with any repair situations like this that was easy and not expensive. Douglas gave me some recommendations for avoiding future clogs and now I guess I will be putting his work to the test during tomorrows surgery prep. Oh and I have 30 day warranty on it so that too is great. I could have hugged and kissed him for getting it fixed. Nothing sucks quite like no toilets that you can use in your home.
