James from Mr. Rooter came and got me back into hot water. Sound like trouble? I had some trouble, a 25 year old Grohe faucet broke and I had to shut the hot water off at the hot water heater to keep the house from filling up with hot water. Thanks to Mr. Rooter and James for their incredibly professional and fair work ethic, James was able to locate this relic stem and replace it. It took him no more than a few minutes to change it out and get me back into my hot Jacuzzi tub.
